MSPDCL urges

Imphal, Jul 25 (DIPR): The Manipur State Power Distribution Company Limited (MSPDCL) has urged the public to avail the “PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana”.
The notification from MSPDCL mentioned that the “PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana” was launched as a flagship scheme by the Prime Minister.
This scheme targets to increase solar rooftop capacity and also aims to empower and encourage every household to generate their own power supply.
MSPDCL will be the implementing agency of this flagship programme.
As per the notification which was issued by the MSPDCL Managing Director, H Shantikumar Singh, consumers can apply to avail this facility through the online portal “ www.https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in ’’
The department further appealed to those willing vendors to apply through the National portal’s link (www.https://pmsuryaghar.gov.in) by depositing a sum of Rs 2.5 lakh as Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG).
