Oja Huidrom Premkumar to attend a series of Thang-Ta training programme in 3 States

Renowned Thang-Ta activist and technical chairman of the Thang-Ta Federation of India, Oja Huidrom Premkumar has left Imphal this afternoon for a series of Thang-Ta training programme due to be held in West Bengal, Uttarakhand, and Andhra Pradesh.
As per a press release issued by the Thang-Ta Federation of India, Oja Premkumar will be sharing technical intricacies of Thang-Ta at Open Thang-Ta Training Camp-2024 to be held from July 20 to 21 at Belur Public Library in Kolkata as a part of the tour.
Premkumar will then attend Thang-Ta Training programme to be hosted from July 25 by All Uttranchal Thang-Ta Martial Arts Association in Kotdwar district, Uttarakhand before attending Andhra Pradesh State Thang-Ta Technical Official and Coaches' Training Camp 2024 to be organised jointly by Thang-Ta Association of Visakhapatnam and Thang-Ta Association of Andhra Pradesh from July 27 to 28 at Hare Krishna Fitness Zone, Aganampudi, Visakhapatnam.
He will highlight the beauty of the fast spreading game of Thang-Ta and share details of discipline, tactics and technicalities surrounding it, Thang-Ta Federation of India said. Before his departure, Premkumar told the media that a collective effort of the people and the Government is required to make it more appealing and promote it to a greater extent, it added.
