AMPLA to conduct trial for Eastern India Senior Powerlifting Championships

Imphal, Jul 19 : The All Manipur Powerlifting Association (AMPLA) will be conducting a trial selection for preparation of State team for the Eastern India Senior Men and Women's Classic and Equipped Powerlifting Championships 2024 due to be held from September 4 to 7 in Bokara, Jharkhand.
The trial will be conducted on July 27 and 28 at Sega Road Takhellambam Leikai from 8 am onwards, said AMPLA in a statement.
Interested lifters may report at the office of AMPLA at Keishamthong Elangbam Leikai on or before July 25, it said.
Federation identity card for old lifters and aadhaar card for new lifters are compulsory at the time of weigh-in, it continued.
